LEGALISATION
Under accreditation from the Economic Council of the Arab League, the CCFA is authorised to legalise all documents relating to exports to Arab countries (certificates of origin, commercial invoices, and so on). As a member, you gain access to this priority service and can streamline your commercial formalities.

OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION
The CCFA is the only organisation authorised by the Economic Council of the Arab League to certify your export documents. Any error or lack of proper certification could lead to costly customs delays, additional charges and the risk of non-payment. By entrusting the legalisation of your documents to the CCFA, you safeguard your commercial transactions and ensure your products enter Arab markets smoothly.

Each document is first certified by the French Chamber of Commerce responsible for your company, before being legalised by our services.
PROCESS
Follow our four-stage process to have your company documents legalised. From the initial endorsement by the French Chamber of Commerce to forwarding to the consulate, we guide you through every step.
Your documents are first endorsed by the French Chamber of Commerce responsible for your exporting company.
Include a photocopy of each document for our team, along with a cheque made payable to the CCFA.
Come to the legalisation office, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 12:30.
On request, we forward your documents to the consulate of the destination country.
CONSULATE
Our Chamber can arrange to forward your documents to the consulate of the relevant country. To do so, please provide two stamped envelopes (one to send to the consulate, the other for the return) and a cheque to cover the consulate fees.
Important: Fees vary by country. Please check the charges with the relevant consulate before sending us your file.
Note: Legalisation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is also required for Kbis extracts, notarised deeds, and documents from agricultural or veterinary services.
